Beautiful ambience and delicious food

We had breakfast at Verbena this weekend, and I cannot say enough good things about it. From a beautiful courtyard setting, to the most delicious french toast I have ever had, to attentive and kind service, I highly recommend this restaurant. My husband tried the chilaquiles, and his dish was also fantastic. I’ve eaten at many breakfast places in San Miguel, and this is now my favorite.

This place is a MUST in San Miguel!!

We spent some days in San Miguel trying different establishments for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I have to say that verbena is in our top 1 place to visit!! Me and my family ordered 5 different ones to try and all of them were delicious! Great quality! Great service! and the chef Daniela Arroyo and her staff helped us a lot during our stay!! Thank you! We will be back soon!

Santuario

What an exquisite respite from the noise and clamor of Centró—lemon tart is excellent as is the green tea but the real surprise for me was, at last, a real croissant—flaky buttery—and this was late in the day —can’t wait to try them in the morning or early afternoon—
