Vento, Cancun

Stayed at Paradisus resort and had a great meal at Vento restaurant. Food was very good but the exceptional service puts it over the top. The dynamic duo Jimmy and Hugo and everyone working there complete your experience. Jimmy our server made excellent suggestions and Hugo did not give up on me and found a wine I could enjoy. Make a reservation, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the most amazing restaurant with the most amazing manager Hugo. I am vegan and he would have the chef prepare the most Delicious vegan dishes. They were absolutely exquisite. The food and staff were great, so clean. Hugo the manager is a person that you can never forget for the rest of ur life. This guy is the sweetest human ever. I recommend everyone go there. The chef makes the most delicious food that you will talk about forever. The waiters are so sweet and kind. They came out with such exotic drinks. Just an amazing place. Paradisus is lucky to have Hugo and the chef working on their premises.

This is the best restaurant that I have eaten at in my entire life. The service is excellent and staff are beyond amazing. The manager Hugo is just the most sweetest, greatest person and so are the waiters and the chef is just out of this world. I’m vegan and they went out of the way to prepare me dishes. Each dish was better than the last. I seriously recommend this restaurant. If this was in the UK I would be there weekly

Vento is so delicious my family and I came here 2 nights in a row. Carlos and Hugo are amazing they will definitely take care of you! Everything we tried on the menu was excellent. Definitely recommend coming here!

Chef ANGEL at Vento was AMAZING! At both restaurants he managed to delight us with his creations! CARLOS our waiter at Vento was also very attentive and making wonderful suggestions!

We were guests at the resort last week. On the last night of our stay we dined at Vento. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food was so delicious! We tried multiple amazing dishes and also splurged on the Kobe Steak and Lobster (both were an additional charge beyond the all-inclusive but so worth it!) The Kobe was so tender and flavorful and we quickly agreed it was the best steak we had ever eaten! (and my husband refers to himself as a steak connoisseur) The steak came with the most heavenly mashed potatoes on the planet. The flavor of all of the food was incredible. We highly recommend dining at Vento. While the food was top notch, the service we received from our waiter, Jimmy, was phenomenal. He is extremely attentive, personable and most of all genuine. You could just tell that he puts his heart and soul into his work and enjoys what he does. He made a real connection with us and my husband and I really felt like he was truly happy to make our experience memorable. He anticipated our every need and threw in a few surprises. We both agreed that we have never had better service than Jimmy! We are definitely going to dine at Vento on our next trip to the Paradisus Cancun and we are going to request Jimmy as out waiter at Vento! I am hoping the resort/restaurant sees this review and commends Jimmy accordingly. He is truly an asset to their establishment. Thank you Jimmy for making our evening so special!

The menu has been refined. My hats off to the chef. Every dish we tried was so delicious. Even the desserts.

The Captain, Guillermo Lopez has transformed Vento into a tantalizing taste experience that you should not miss. There were so many amazing choices on Vento’s fantastic new menu that we asked our very attentive and knowledgeable server Javier for his recommendations and we were not disappointed. Because we enjoyed the service and our meal so much, we decided to go back on two other occasions. Vento opens at 6 p.m. and reservations are required. You will definitely not be disappointed.
