You’re going to want to do this!

We loved this walking tour with Juan! We started at a cute market to get aguas frescas to drink while we walked. At the market Juan walked us through and told us about local produce. On our walk between locations he showed us beautiful street art and explained how the group of artists came to be. Juan was very knowledgeable about food and much more! The experience was more then we were expecting. We stopped at 4 places in total and were never disappointed in the food. We would do this tour again! Great way to find local places to eat. I recommend booking this at the beginning of your trip so you can go back to the places you like before you leave.

Delicious Vegan Food and Fantastic Tour

We did the vegan walking tour with Alex and it was fantastic! All the food was delicious. We’ve been living in PDC for the last 2 months but the places Alex took us we had never seen before. We also stopped at a few different points of interest along the way and Alex explained the history and significance of these areas which was really nice.
I think we were lucky to have Alex as a guide - he truly made the evening an enjoyable one.
I highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing this tour.

Excellent tour especially for vegans

We had a fabulous food tour with our guide, Alex. We stopped at 4 places and were stuffed by the end of it! The food was delicious at each stop, especially Herbivoros - what a gem of a place!

Alex was knowledgeable, friendly and an all-round guy. It was great meeting him.

Thank you Eating With Carmen for offering a vegan food tour and for opening our eyes to the many options available in Playa del Carmen.

Suprisingly amazing!

We had an amazing experience thanks to our guide Enrique. This tour definitely exceeded our expectations. Such good food and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to try Mexican vegan food!

Fantastic vegan tour in Playa Del carmen

My daughter and I had the good fortune to discover Eating with Carmen’s Vegan Walking Tour in Playa Del Carmen. Our guide was fantastic. Abbey was professional and knowledgeable. It felt like we had a friend showing us Playa Del Carmen away from the touristy Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue). We had a great walking tour, met locals and enjoyed tasty vegan food at small local restaurants. Thank you Abbey we thoroughly enjoyed our tour and introduction to Playa Del Carmen! This tour is highly recommended for vegetarians, vegans and also those non-vegetarians who also enjoy vegetarian food. don’t forget to ask for Abbey :-)

Loved it! Great way to experience Playa

We had Juan as our guide and he was awesome. It was just us so we had some extra flexibility which was nice. Juan admittedly had never done the vegan tour but did an amazing job. He pointed out all the awesome street art as we walked to our destinations and introduced us to some places and foods we would have never found without this tour. 100% would recommend for the awesome food and history lesson! Thank you Eating With Carmen!
