The Paraiso Residences

This residence, apartments are fantastic, modern and with everything you need. Better than an hotel with great amenities. We only come here and the team takes care of us. Some of the unit have a top terrace with jacuzzi hot tub and billows to relax and entertain. The design of the space is modern and clean, ac, showers and modern kitchen for all the needs. The water coming from the sink is filtered from the commercial grade filtration of the mall facility and the place is super quiet. You don’t hear anything. It is right in the center of Cabo, walking distance to all locations, 5 min to Medano beach, location to park own car on the third level, security 24x7 and access only with key card. My favoriate place to stay Cabo!

This spacious one-bedroom, two-bath apartment made for a perfect stay in Cabo San Lucas. It is a modern, stylish home and it has the perfect location, right on the marina, and is filled with amenities that included a private rooftop terrace with a hot-tub; quality bedding and bath linens, including beach towels; two rainfall showers; a washer/dryer; high-end appliances and flat panel Internet-connected Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The living area opens to a completely private, outdoor terrace great for dining and/or relaxing. The apartment complex sits atop the Puerto Paraiso shopping mall but there is secured, private access to the residential floors. There are great views of the marina, landscaped plazas of the mall, and Cabo from the main property and the Puerto Paraiso tower contains a well-equipped fitness center with exercise bikes, treadmills, a universal machine, an elliptical, benches, mats and free weights, accessible only to owners and guests of the apartments. The staff at Residencias Puerto Paraiso were charming, friendly and helpful. They were available to assist with ground transportation and events planning as well as a very easy check-in and check-out. On arrival in the unit, we discovered a broken interior door latch and no hot water. We reported them by phone to Maria, the concierge, and they were repaired right away by Raymundo, who double checked to see if we needed any further assistance. It should be noted that there was construction and landscaping taking place on the property during our stay, but in the ten days that we were there, there was never a problem with noise or privacy. Even with the style and comfort of this apartment, its many amenities and the helpfulness of the concierge and staff, the real winner is the location. Imagine a quiet and peaceful place of your own and having many of the best restaurants in Cabo just minutes from your door, arrayed around the marina and downtown. Imagine Cabo’s best shopping mall, with internationally known brands just the distance of an elevator ride; the sun, sand and surf of Médano beach a few short blocks away. A massage, a fishing expedition, a boat excursion to the iconic Arch, nightclubs, live music, street tacos and churros, just moments from your door. Our stay at the Residences Puerto Paraiso had all of this and more. We look forward to returning to the Residencias. …

These condos are amazing. There isn’t a better location in Cabo. You can walk to everything including a less than 5 minute walk to the best part of Medano beach. Each unit has a private hot tub on their private rooftop deck. Furnished beautifully. The staff is super helpful and security is always present.
