Good quality food and wine with friendly service!

small neighborhood restaurant with great food

We came here on a rainy evening, had to wait a while to get a table since the place was packed. But it was well worth the wait. Everything was delicious and reasonable priced. Good service also

Terrific pasta, wine, service, and prices

It’s a small place, and I read that it was mostly a wine bar but with good Italian food. I had the spaghetti bolognese, and it was quite excellent. It was a very light red sauce, not overpowering at all, but it had more chunks of ground beef than I am used to, which is exactly the way I like it. A little bruschetta came as an appetizer along with three pieces of Italian sourdough, and with a glass of Mexican malbec, it was a wonderful dinner. Service was great, prices well within line.

My favorite

I loved stopping here before our tour! The wine is so cheap, and the Spanish tapas were on point (lived in Madrid for 2 years). The ambiance was cheerful, and the surrounding area was a pleasant walk. The waitress was very kind and efficient. Great service, great wine, great tapas, great atmosphere.

Loved this place!

When I walked in, there was a musician at the door singing which created a nice atmosphere. I saw a bunch of solo people reading books. The place just has a chill vibe with music playing. A glass of wine is incredibly affordable at 40MXD each. Vegetarian items are marked on the menu with a leaf sign. They have wifi. The 3 cheese pasta was delicious! They take credit cards and serve free appetizers. There’s no a/c here, just fans so it was hot inside when it was only 66F outside with the door open.

Incredibly affordable

This little nook is absolutely gorgeous. It is small, but intimate and catered well for our group of nine. Drinks and food are ridiculously cheap! $30-50 peso wines and the food not much more than that. The staff were lovely and we came back three days in a row because we loved the place so much. It is a small space though, so book ahead or be prepared to wait. Also, gluten free options are limited.

Great spot for a couple of drinks

Although we didn't dine here, we really enjoyed a couple of late afternoon drinks here one day - each round came with a very tasty little tapas!
