- Traveler pickup is offered.
- The meeting point is normally in the lobby of your hotel but there are some exceptions ( we try to find out the closest meeting point to your location ). When you stay in the location, we recommend you to check with the concierge which is the point where the vans use to wait for the hosts at the moment of the pickup. The local partner will send you the details about the pickup time once you have made your reservation. Your driver will be waiting for you in the assigned place. For easy recognition, they will be wearing a “Ventura” or "Selvatica" shirt and the local partner's name will also be printed on the van. If you book the tour for the same day, we can't guarantee to schedule the transportation service, in this case you can reach the entrance of Selvatica. Best place ever
The transportation was prompt. When we arrived at the facility every aspect of our tour was extremely organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire experience was AMAZING. Charlie was our guide, and he made the tour exponentially better. I would recommend 1,000 times over. We enjoyed every second and can’t wait to come back.

Fun, professional excursion!
Had a great time with Hugo and his team! The zip lining was fun. I was nervous to go on the Tarzania but glad I did. The entire staff was super friendly and encouraging. We ended with a dip in a cenote and then a chicken fajita lunch. We booked through BD Experiences, who provided our airport transfers.

Fun day, but large group (even during COVID)
A good activity for couples looking for a day of adventure. Only around 4 hours for the off road trip, but well worth it. We did not do a ropes course, so I’m not sure they have one. The swimming was nice, and the food was good but small portioned. Everything was very well sanitized. Our tour guide spoke English very well and was fun. The pictures were overpriced, but were nice. The package cost more than our entry. The ATV section was fun, and muddy!

Amazing day trip!!
Leo was an awesome tour guide and person in general. Super sweet and cool. Everyone made you feel safe and not to worry. Also Yisel was a great photographer and also a spider monkey lol. She can zip. The fajitas were okay but I did get left my the driver hugo which upset me because I traveled alone so I felt like wow he really left me in the jungle. But it wasn’t the staffs fault. They were still great and I would do it again.

A Ton of Fun
Everything was awesome!!!!! The staff was great!!! We really enjoyed ourselves!!! This was definitely worth the money!!!
