Secrets Aura Cozumel Spa

Spa was nice but the massage was expensive and not quality. We enjoyed the hydro therapy. I would not recommend any other services.

Wonderful time! We enjoyed the food, the grounds and-as always-the people make the experience. Shout out to Darwin, Juanino, Leo and the whole entertainment staff. Bar staff (Luis and Alfredo especially) were great as well. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway. We had the hydro massage and relaxing massage. I would also recommend both. The ocean floor is rocky-bring water shoes!

This place is paradise to spent and make some wonderful memories!! The staff the team always doing their best and for our romantic dinner we had a blast!! Thank you Joseph & Yahir for the perfect night with my wife. We’ll see you soon!!

4 years in a row at secrets and every time I absolutely must get a massage from Amelia on my first and last day of the trip on the beach of course. She is small but mighty and just gets out every kink possible in my body. Always checks in on comfort level of pressure (I like a strong/hard and pointed massage, pauses to work out every kink she finds) and is extremely polite. I get monthly massages back at home and nothing I’ve ever had compares to hers! I basically melt off the table in complete relaxation by the time shes done! Cant wait for next year again!!

My husband and I recently stayed at Secrets Cozumel and had the pleasure of an amazing spa experience at the Secrets Aura SPA. We went for our anniversary and just have to say this SPA is world class in my opinion and of all of the All Inclusive resorts spas we have frequented - this is the best!.

We were approached while lying at the beach at the Secrets Preferred Area, and I so wish I could remember the very sweet lady which sold the experience to us. She came up to us and explained the process and "deal" of the day, she also had a lovely woman with her , and she gave my hubby a "sample" mini massage right there on the beach, and my hubby was sold.

We booked the hydrotherapy and one hour couples massage and the entire experience lasted well over 2 1/2 hours, so well worth the cost. Do not pass this experience if looking for a nice afternoon treat for you and the hubby. It is a total experience which starts in a sauna, and then on to a steam room and then through the hydrotherapy water cycle. The entire time a staff member is bringing you cold and frozen towels, and wonderful flavored water to drink. After the hydrotherapy upstairs to the couples massage! the best massage every, Enrique was the provider for my massage and the gal that treated my hubby, I forgot her name but is was Maria, or something similar.

After the wonderful massage, you are then moved over to a relaxing area and applied a warm stone towel wrap and beverages and snacks.

DO NOT be put off at the cost - it is a total body and mind experience and worth every penny

Also do not forget to tip everyone.. they deserve it

This review is based on my first day. So far it has been a cumbersome trip with the hotel guest(me) having to figure out everything. We booked the hotel on their website and added airport shuttle and 4 scuba dives. Well we arrive at the airport and it was a guessing game. The operator did not have our names displayed so we could go to him. Second as we check in they give us the vouchers of our 4 dives but they have the date but no time. We put our stuff in the room come back down at 5:03 and try had closed for the day at 5pm. The hotel as a FAVOR ( this I do not agree because I paid thru their website) finds out that we do not have reservations but they will solve my problem and let me on the 8 am boat. How is that possible? Shouldn’t they had left me a message they gave me the vouchers for the dives. And they have my money for 4 dives. I go look for the concierge it’s 6 pm and she is gone. So all this will have to be figured out tomorrow morning. Not a good start
