Haciena Magica was pure magic!

My family stayed on the property in Hacienda Magica for my sister’s wedding and it was incredible! The property itself is a beautiful hacienda in the middle of Puerto Aventuras, a gated community on the Riviera Maya coast. The service that we were provided was unparalleled, thanks to Patricio and Federico who took care of us all weekend. They were the best part of our stay and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us. It really was a great venue and the staff is what made it so special. I highly recommend hosting any events here or just treating your family to a tiny bit of paradise!

Most amazing place to stay if you are traveling with a group!!!

This place was absolutely amazing!!! Private beach and pool, right on the water, clean, super cool decor, Jorge the bartender was awesome, food amazing, tennis court in the middle and Nicolas the owner was so friendly and checked on us every day. Staying here was one of the best experiences of my life. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back. Plus it’s right in the middle of Playa and Tulum, a perfect location to go to all the popular places.

Corporate Retreat Extravaganza

We just returned from a 5 day work reward/retreat and experienced a world class event. Greeted warmly by our trip concierge Mimi Lund, we were treated like royalty both during our arrival and at any point we needed anything. The houses were immaculate, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food.....wow....the food. We brought back 40 lbs of mahi mahi and without losing a beat, the incredible chefs whipped up our best dinner yet. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the three houses. Cannot think of a better place to have a fun, event filled retreat than RMH. Thank you Mimi for setting the tone. You were wonderful.

Right on the beach with a fantastic view of the bay!

Hacienda Corazon is a perfect place for a family or group get away. The hacienda is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the bay where we could snorkel or go explore on kayaks or paddle boards. The town of Puerto Aventuras is a safe, gated community with bars, restaurants, shops and a marina with fishing boats and a dolphinarium all within walking distance. Our personal chef Luigi and his staff prepared excellent high end restaurant quality meals all made to our specific preferences. Jorge the bartender and Lalo the butler provided excellent service keeping us well fed and liquefied(!) with beer, wine, margaritas, piña coladas, and bloody Mary’s. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet and beds were very comfortable. Mimi the concierge gave us ‘insider’ information on places to go (or not!) and made the trip very memorable. I definitely hope to do a return trip to one of these beautiful haciendas! …
