Our family has used Rhino Transfers from the Cancun Airport to our Villa in Playa del Carmen for the past seven years. Their transportation service has been perfect. The pickup from the airport has always been on time with a very clean van and very courteous driver. Many times cold beverages are available in the van, which is very welcomed after a long flight. The company is operated by Felipe Alvarez, who is always at the airport to assist you with our luggage and finding your van and driver. At that time he instructs the driver of your destination and confirms the pickup time for the return flight. Their prices are very reasonable and communication with Mr. Alvarez is always very easy. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for reasonable, safe and reliable transportation. He also offer daily sightseeing tours which we have utilized also.

Wonderful service
My husband and I took our adult daughters and their spouses to Playa del Carmen in January ’20. This trip was the first time we had traveled to this part of the world. I needed to have safe and secure transportation. It was so wonderful to use Rhino Transfer. They met us at the airport in Cancun with a sign which made my daughter’s day. We actually had three different trips from the airport because of the different flight schedules. On the way back, we only had to schedule two trips. Everything was done so well. We can’t wait to get back to Playa and use the services of Rhino Transfer.

Felipe Alvarez runs an excellent service. On time pickups knows the area of Cancùn, Puerto Morelos and south very well. When I book online he answers promptly with my reservation. Helpful with our luggage. Please consider this company on your next trip to the Mayan Rivera.

Felipe and his team are great. Highly recommended. I have been working in the region for the past few years and so I make regular trips to Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. I had the pleasure of using Felipe’s company multiple times on my last trip to the region, and will be happy to use Rhino for future trips. The vehicles are in great condition, Felipe was always responsive to our Whatsapp messages, and he and his team were able to accommodate our last-minute changes. All around, a great experience.
