My stem cell therapy experience.
I just returned from my 10 day experience two days ago. I participated with the group for a week then had three days to myself. My main goal for attending was to eradicate the inflammation in my body that has been exasperated by the COVID vaccine. My heart, skin, and joints were all greatly affected. I had the treatment on Monday and now only five days later, all the redness is gone. I have soft Dewey skin now. My knees and neck are improving, and I feel a lot less pressure in my chest. It is supposed to take 8 weeks for the full effects to kick in-Christmas Day. I can not wait. Everyone should get this treatment to thwart major disease before it occurs. It is not cheap but it is cheaper than a hospital visit. One of the best decisions I have ever made.-Ann

De-stress, detox and delight
We came as an overworked couple ready for an overdue vacation on an exotic beach with the promise of outdoor yoga and healthy smoothies by the infinity pool. We left with powerful insights and tools about how to rebalance our work/play lives at home and instill a sense of creativity and adventure in our weekly routines. We had an amazing culinary, community and individual transformation experience that far exceeded our expectations. We were cleansed internally and externally and immediately shared the experience with friends and family upon our return. If you are looking for an escape from work and pandemic anxieties you can probably go anywhere but pura vida offered more than an escape. It provided a recipe and options to actualize your own wellness long after you leave this charming, warm and healing oasis. …

What a wonderful experience!
I truly feel transformed after this week and I had so many eye opening moments during my stay that I am confident will help me to find more happiness and clarity in my life going forward. I think all the sessions offered are beneficial, no matter where you are in your journey. My personal favorite was water therapy called "Watsu" with Pilar. Just one session helped me to release some stuck emotions and it was such a unique experience. The staff was very friendly and caring. The rooms are rustic but have everything you need and amazing views. Floating and swimming in the salt water pool overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. Food was delicious and healthy! Thank you so much for everything. I hope to be back soon.

Amazing retreat and reset- BEST form of Self care you could give yourself!!
Reflecting a week after returning from our incredible trip to Pura Vida in Yelapa, I realize just how magical of a week it was! Truly was the adventure and experience I prayed for. Every day was met with opportunities to try something new, go somewhere exciting, meet interesting people & it refreshed my soul in every way. The staff was the most incredibly supportive group of people, that helped me and so many others in our healing journey. What a unique and wonderful experience to live in the beautiful jungle, with waves crashing below, eat the most delicious vegetarian food do yoga & meditation exercises together with likeminded people looking to heal and grow to seek their life’s purpose. How lucky we are to have met and to experience this incredible opportunity. I truly feel like I have had a reset and I have a new peace in my heart and I will forever be grateful to the Pura Vida Staff ad beauty of the Yelapa people. Transformational!
Pura vida wellness retreat was nothing less of spectacular. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly! Food was delicious and healthy. The location is magical. And I loved the hikes to waterfalls. The week spent there was transformational for all of us present. I can’t wait to go back. Pura Vida, invite me on your next Spanish speaking retreat!
