I wish I had found this place earlier. The kindness and professional attitude of these women is remarkable. They did everything to accommodate me and what I was looking for and I got an incredibly relaxing and wonderful massage at a really good price. I felt that they truly care about their customer and about their profession. I have had other massages and facial treatments here in Puerto Vallarta, but I truly believe that the quality of the treatment and of the customer service here at perfect spa is worth more than simply having a fancier setting but lower quality of care like a few the other places I checked out in PV. I Will definitely make this place my second home when I come back in November.

I came in ahead of my appointment time for gel nails done by Chely. No problem...she was able to take me right away.
She was extremely professional and thorough. If I need to have them done again before going home, I will definitely go back.

Found this place hidden on one of the side streets. Estela was my masseuse, and she was outstanding! I think walk-ins are more expected than appts. Her pressure was perfect and after walking the area for two days, I asked for a second massage when the first one finished. That’s gotta be a first for me, but the experience was amazing. I walked out the most relaxed and at peace I could be. Pay cash - dollars or pesos. And, request Estela if you can - she’s a beautiful person that wants to make your experience wonderful. Kudos!

Facial was very different from what you get in the States. It was a lot of massaging, face massage, shoulders massage, hands massage - all good and pleasant but I felt extraction was minimal and I had a pimple. Masque is also very different. It didn’t numb your face, it felt more like cream. The guy who was doing it was so nice. Very pleasant.
Then he did hair removal - he did a very thorough job.
Hair cut was done a different person. It was a young lady who did a good job for what I needed. Overall there are a lot of spas in the areas. This place accepted credit cards.
