3th visit here, 3rd renovation of hotel change-over I have had to endure BUT the good part is the service, staff, cleanliness and warmth this hotel provides. To the staff ..thank-you, thank-you. Anayelli and all staff at the front desk bent over backwards to accommodate every request. Aaron at arrival, thank-you for everything Miguel at the quiet bar, so professional and (Erika?) thank-you for remembering me. Hola Victor in maintenance. Room service and fridge service was perfect. Jesus and Jose serving the pool, you guys are so much fun, Adal.. excellent service. Gloria in Discovera, thank you for being so helpful. Breakfast in the mornings with Oscar and Sebastian were so much fun I will always sit in your section on my return visits. Dinners at Bella OMG, the food is delicious, I just kept going back. Norberto it was a pleasure talking to you every time I saw you it was so entertaining. Miguel Morales so very happy to see you back there, thank you from my heart for making my trip so special. Forgive me to anyone I forgot, each and every one of you are wonderful. Wyndham Alltra I pray you can get the Govt. to help with a breaker in the ocean to save the beach and hotel. Also a new 24 hour room is needed,,and the pool bar open with music playing, Adults only need a set of stairs with a handrail into the pool as ladders are more for kids. Sin nigun orden en especial todos fueron increíbles Margarita nuestra encargada de nuestra habitación, todo estuvo integro cada día En el restaurante: Sebastián siempre atento a todo Hermelindo May mi amigo MAYA pendiente a cada detalle en todo momento Oscar quien nos recibió por primera vez en el restaurante y nos hizo reír y disfrutar cada día ahhhh y su cappuccino Orlando que nos faltara nada Lissette y Ninfa siempre nos recibieron de la mejor manera ¡Juan en el restaurante italiano AMAIZING! Rudy es un personaje y el mejor Expresso que he probado, moríamos de risa al compartir con él. En la piscina del 3er piso Miguel, Janeth, Ángel y Victoria se encargaron de que cada momento fuera único y mención a Victoria quien era la ama de llaves un día en el área de la piscina y fue de los más agradable y disfrutamos todos juntos de la buena música de mi bocina. Fernando de la cocina a quien pedí conocer por sus detalles en la presentación de cada plato. En el Bar, Rodiver e Hiram y la atención de Norberto Los Capitanes, Alejandro y Mario siempre anuentes a que todo estuviese bien.
