Great dining in Cabo

My wife and I were directed to an outstanding restaurant on our recent visit to Cabo. We were in town for five weeks and ate at Panache three times. Each time was a great experience. Panache is small, with seating for 20 guests, reservations are a good idea. It opened just as Covid decimated the tourist trade and then closed for six months. It appears to have recovered well, with a good mix of tourists, expat’s, and Mexican families. On our first dining experience we split a seafood stuffed mushroom appetizer and very good fettuccini with entree The stuffed mushrooms were exquisite. On the second trip we got to know Hector, the manager and head waiter. When you visit he will take your order. We asked him to select dishes for us. He selected an Italian avocado salad with assorted nuts, and the pork shank. He promised to close the restaurant if we were not happy with the meal. He didn’t need to worry. My wife loved the salad. We both were amazed by the pork Our third trip included the stuffed mushrooms and an excellent carbonara. We are already planning our next visit. We recommend sharing appetizers and entrees as servings are generous.

Amazing experience

The welcome was great, the staff care a lot of you. Escargot to start, pasta carbonara and beef filet, everything was perfect. Special motion to Andres even if all the staff was great, motion special to Hector to. Thank’s everyone

Great European food

We have been to this restaurant several times and it has been getting more popular every year! They do need a new place to have more comfortable seating but their food is amazing so you forget the hard wooden furniture. The pesto pasta, cordon bleu just incredible, also the tortellini very good. Excellent house wine by cup, bottles to expensive. Have a special of the day!

Another Cabo culinary gem’

We met friends for dinner, they had dined there before and I thought the reviews were enticing. Every dish was outstanding ! Chicken, pasta and steak were executed impeccably! Ambience of a European sidewalk cafe. Service from Hector, the Jefe, was superb. Another great addition to the Cabo experience that I will enjoy with every visit!

The best restaurant in Cabo

Brenda and the staff at Panache are always so amazing and accommodating. Their food is spot on every visit. You can taste the love and care in every bite. If you haven’t been to Panache, you must go. The tiramisu is the best I have ever tasted in my life. Thanks for being so amazing to the whole Cabo community. A true gem in every sense.

Consistent excellent food!

We went twice last week because it was so good. The menu is French infusion. The mussels and the escargot were outstanding! Even the bread was really good. They also give you a good wine pour! The service from Hector, Andres and Audy was the very BEST! Can’t wait to go back! Small place so make reservations.

Excellent dining experiences at Panache!

Excellent service! We went twice during in one week for dinner! Look forward to going next time for Sunday brunch. Delicious bolognaise! The carbonara was also a hit with our group and the shrimp fettuccine!! Enjoy!

Fabulous food and service! We loved everything about this restaurant. The service was fabulous and the food delicious! The steamed mussels were the best we've ever had and the salads were amazing. We can't wait to go back!

Dinner was amazing!

Heard alot of good things about this restaurant, so made a reservation ahead of our visit. My hubby & i shared chicken caesar salad and pasta carbonara. It was absolutely wonderful! This is definitely a restaurant that we will eat at every trip to Cabo!
