Down - Home BBQ
My partner and I found San Pasqualito Mercadillo and Food Trucks on one of our nightly walks. There is about 10 different food trucks to choose from and a bar, and lots of seating in an open air courtyard. At first we were tempted by the Hindu food truck but we lingered a little longer and found what we craved for, BBQ. What a wonderful choice. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the house made rub was to die for. We are both into BBQ and this gem of a food truck delivered the goods! The ribs come with hous cut fries that hit the spot. We will definitely be back. The value is awesome for the portion size and food quality. Gracious Carlos!!!

Excellent BBQ
We were thrilled to see the Mulata Mamba food truck at the food truck park in Cancun. We love Bbq. We ordered the rack of ribs with fries. The ribs with their spicy bbq sauce were delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be eating their bbq everytime we visit the food truck park.

This food truck’s really awesome!!!! the staff is super fly and accesible, the art on the unit to enjoy watching while having a bite of their glorious food, you’ll find many burrito specialties, my personal fav would be their pulled pork, its just out of this world! you can request it bbq, natural or with some red not too spicy sauce called mulamamba, that’s the best, their french fries are also worth the visit, ask for the garlic n’ mustard or the 6 cheese, and something you wont want to miss out, their bbq beef ribs, you wont get to try something like that backhome, melty, beefy, tasty, they’re just glorious! Oh they handmade their habanaroo and all their sauces right off their service window in front of you, its a texmex food truck, with a soulfood twist I highly recommend it
