Mayan Palace at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

Sr. Eduardo Lopez gave us a great special tour of Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. We were not able to explore on foot due to recovering from knee surgery. He was patient and took us around the grounds and answered every question. His English is exceptional. We were able to go out with confidence on our own to places he showed us. Greg Chavez.

Vandanta Maya Place. If you have never been to Mexico or to a Vandanta property, it’s a very unique experience to say least , the property is a massive maze like oases in the jungle. At times it’s more complicated and frustrating then it is relaxing and enjoyable . The place has a pool for each building on the property and a main pool. The main pool is the only pool that everyone is allowed in no matter what building your in. So if your friends are in a different building then you, you can only swim or pool side lounge at the main pool or the actual ocean. After you figure that out, then the rat race does seem to get easier. On the first day we were trying to figure that our a saving grace swooped in (Eduardo) from the elite club along with (Humburto) without the two of them our first day at the Vandanta would of been a day of hell. Both of them have been absolutely wonderful to us, offering up recommendations on and off the Vandanta, with great tips on finding the best tacos, and navigating ourselves at Melacon. They definitely made ensure we had the best week could. Eveyday we spent at the main pool. They greeted us by name and ask how our evening was. They both genuinely spread happiness and their professionalism is beyond expectations of excellence. All the servers Siab , Salivado at the bar. The team you have at the main pool is the reason for the 5 stars . Also the best view of the of the ocean at the pool is at the main pool. …
