Excellent location. Clean gourgeous facitiy. Amazingly attentive and courtious staff. Incredible value at a much lower pricepoint then comparable properties near by. Incredible location close to the park. Very knowledgable conierge.

Marquis Reforma offers great service and great food. Food is great at Los Canarios and La Cuchara Thank to Alex, Omar y Diego are always being looking after you. The concierge were all very friendly and attentive.

The Marquis Reforma is a stunning boutique hotel in the centre of Mexico City. The hotel has an old world Spanish appeal to it and the rooms are stunning with very comfortable beds. They use luxury linens and house keeping services the rooms twice a day, with a turn down in the evenings. The staff really make a stay here special. Everyone is genuinely very friendly and helpful. I have to mention Jose who is an amazing concierge. He suggested and secured excellent restaurant reservations for me on the weekend I was there. Also, Hector in the restaurant who made sure I was well fed at breakfast, which by the way is a choice of an excellent buffet or al la carte. The hotel has a pool and spa but I didn’t use them. However, I spoke to other guests and they all raved about the treatments and the use of the pool. The hotel is in an excellent location and only a short walk to the stunning Bosque de Chapultepec Park and it’s famous museum of anthropology. It’s also central to some of the best restaurants in MC. The hotel is also value for money so you won’t regret staying here. …

This hotel was amazing and in a great location. We went to the sports bar within the hotel very often and was served by Arturo. Arturo was so kind and polite and provided us with excellent service and an excellent experience! All staff that we encountered was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel for folks visiting CDMX.
