Unforgettable
What a memorable meal. Each entree stood out as exceptional. Coconut shrimp are outstanding! I could drink that sauce. The owner and staff went above and beyond with hospitality! I will dream of Chendos!!!

Best Coconut Shrimp & Tiritas in Zihua
Street side dining on a pedestrian only street. They are famous for their tiritas (fish strips with onions and peppers marinated in orange juice) and their cream cheese stuffed deep fried coconut shrimp. Excellent food no matter what you get.

Shrimp done different
Walked by this small street front place a few times. When we walked in ,immediatly an older couple told us we made a great choice. They had been coming here for 15 yrs in different locations in Zih. My wife ordered coconut shrimp on the couples advice, i ordered shrimp 3 ways, with different dips. Fordrinks we had a pina colada and a glass of savgion blanc wine. Both drinks very generous and priced very well. Cocunut shrimp was vg ,not as sweet as most. Loved my shrimp and the dips. Walnut crusted with a wanut dip,coconut w coconut dip and bacon wrapped w chipotle dip(my fav of the 3). Menu is pretty much all seafood done different ways. So if that is what you want, come here.

Excellent experience
We loved the food and the service, excellent products cooked with inspiration and dedication. We highly recommend the chile stuffed with sea food and cheese, the stuffed fish, the shrimps, the octopus. You will not regret.
