Best Boho Chic

I celebrated my birthday here and its a great place! The cocktails are amazing and the food is great too, you are sure to have a great time. make sure you arrive early or make a reservation as it is very often full.

Cool vibe, great food, but watch out for rain!

My husband and I are honeymooning on Isla holbox and have had the most wonderful time! We had walked past LUUMA on the first night and decided that we had to give it a try. We walked straight from the beach after sunset to grab a couple chairs at the bar. Knowing that it would be packed within an hour, we were feeling fortunate to have made that choice. The bartenders are so much fun to watch! Sitting at the bar gave us such a cool view of the entire restaurant. I drank wine and my husband had a few coladas. We shared some tapas that were wonderful! The pork was our favorite. Eating sustainably is important to us, so it was so nice that the ingredients were local and fresh. My only complaint and something that the staff should be more aware of is gluten sensitivities. For such a trendy spot, I thought there would be more knowledge about which items were safe for me to eat. TIP: My husband and I started to walk back to our hotel and the rain began. We remembered that over half of the restaurant is uncovered at LUUMA and was definitely getting rained on. Like a big rain! Keep that in mind when you are choosing your table. Rains can come and go on the island without much notice.

Fantastic Atmosphere with Great Food

This places looks really cool from the outside. When you come in it only gets nicer. Really cool trendy vibe. We had tapas which were very tasty as where the drinks. I didn’t see any indoor dining, so plan for that if the weather is not cooperating. We would definitely come here again.

Sustainable, fab food, amazing service

Fabulous food, very instagrammable, amazing friendly service too. The restaurant is beautiful inside, great lighting, chilled music etc. I love the sustainable concept too. Would defo Recommend.

Great dinner!

Delicious food and friendly staff! We had the Land board, lamb taco, pork loin, and shrimp torta. The drinks were also superb! Great vibe and beautiful spot!

This was the BEST went two nights in a row

It was so good one night we came for dinner and the next time we came for pre-dinner drinks when we were having dinner somwhere else so back to back two nights in a row they saw us, and they remembered us!!! BEST COCKTAILS and most romantic place ever ever.

Great atmosphere, great food!!

This place is beautiful!!! And the food is phenomenal!! We got the black empanada with octopus in it, spring rolls, and a few other delicious items along with dessert. Good drinks, great service! You really cannot go wrong here. I highly recommend! You can go for a few bites and drinks or share several tapas and make it a meal. Yum!!!
