Great American style burgers outside the Centro Historico in Oaxaca

This little gem of a restaurant is just outside Oaxaca City on the highway to DF in Santiaguito near Etla. Based on Red Robin burgers in the US, the owners have succeeded in making some of the best burgers around these parts. A very large menu with traditional burgers, chicken sandwiches, huge salads and more. A large selection of beverages including beer and mezcal. Run by a delightful family, Las Guacamayas also does catering. The food is consistently good and the fries are outstanding. Conveniently located for folks living a bit outside the city near Etla.
