Gorgeous surroundings, staff beyond reproach
The classic architecture of this restaurant is a visit to an opulent museum. No table is just a table and no window a simple window. The high-barrel ceiling is made of bricks somehow put in place to cover the room and yet with arched windows set to let in rays of sunshine. Fresh flowers. The menu offers many local favorites as well as listing some regulars for US travelers who wan.t their steaks

High class Mexican food
The flavors you experience in every dish is so rich and unique, they make a hand minced salsa at your table which is so fresh and delicious, somewhat hot but nothing you can get in a bottle. I recommend the huitlacoche foundue with Oaxaca cheese, also the Potosino starter where you try several local dishes. the service is excellent, everybody is willing to make your experience a pleasant one.

RELAXED AMBIENCE
Located inside the Hilton Hotel in San Luis Potosi. It has a very nice, relaxed ambience. Elegant, for a formal meal. The restaurant´s ecoration is impecable, with beautiful details in floors, ceiling, dinnerware, everything well placed at the table. Excellent service, kind personnel. Food was delicious, I ordered a “mole negro” dish and was enchanted by the flavors! I hope to return soon!

Nice food, really good service
The place is really nice and the distibution of tables and chairs really nice, the brekfast buffet is big enough for different needs. The service is quick and nice. They have mexican food in the buffet
