Las Brisas Condominiums Cozumel

We had booked for a month long stay at unit 402 prior to the Covid pandemic. We were told the island took Covid very seriously so we decided to proceed. When we arrived there were cold drinks waiting for us. The condo is on a small beach area which was generally quiet during our stay. It does get busier on the weekends. The condo itself is very nice. Both master bedrooms are large and overlook the ocean. The 3rd bedroom is also a decent size and has its own shower and toilet. Lots of space in the living room and the dining room is also a nice size. The kitchen had plenty of spices, coffees, teas etc. The kitchen was well equipped plus there was a BBQ on the front deck. There aren’t any grocery stores located close to the condo. Joel (+52 987 101 0991) was recommended as our taxi driver. His van holds up to 10 passengers. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Fulvio, the rental agent, was only a phone call or email away and fixed any of our issues immediately. Ruby, the maid, does a fabulous job of keeping the condo clean. The pool was clean, heated and had a number of chairs. Any ocean debris deposited overnight was picked up by snorkelers, beach users, condo owners along with us helping the beach to stay clean. There was a good selection of novels, board games and decks of cards. If the bugs are attracted to you bring your spray! Unfortunately Covid upset our plans and we had to cut our vacation short by 2 weeks but our group of 4 would all highly recommend unit 402. …

We have enjoyed Cozumel for the past 40 years! Since it is less than 2 hours from Houston, Cozumel has always been our special place. We stayed in fine hotels for many years, loved them - until we discovered Las Brisas Vista Dulce. Now, after several years of trying the top ones offered, we have found the very best! - We are very happy to say that Vista Dulce - is the big winner! "Practically Perfect In Every Way" - as Mary Poppins would say. This large, spacious condo on the beach is ideal, we have not a single possible negative! It offers the largest and finest balcony we have seen, the span of the entire condo, overlooking the sea. Big rooms, bedrooms perfect, well equipped, the kitchen is as well tended as our home kitchen, nothing is missing. Big Flat Screen Video in every room! Perfect reception! As we said, Vista Dulce is Simply The Best! on Cozumel! …

We stayed in the penthouse last year with our teenage son and another couple for a week. The condo was stunning and views spectacular (right from our expansive balcony) !! The beach was beautiful and we had a wonderful time with the locals that gather with their families especially on Sunday afternoons. There is a restaurant/bar right next door and you are within minutes of grocery stores, shopping and multiple restaurants. We are most certainly going back next year!

What a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place to stay. Stayed with 3 family couples in a 3 bedroom/4 bath condo: #402. Everything was perfect. The view, amazing. Plenty of room in the condo for all of us, huge ocean front balcony accessible from 2 bedrooms and the living room. Private heated pool, public beach that was very fun to use with the locals. So nice to see families play together. Sunsets were beautiful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
