PoolSide Dining

Love this little restaurant adjacent to the pool at La Estancia Resort. Great selection of dishes, something for everyone. I think I ate lunch here at least 3-4 times during my stay and never got tired. I especially liked the kebobs.

Wonderful service by the pool

Arrived at this beautiful resort yesterday and had lunch by the pool today. Very good options which were enjoyed by our family and excellent service from Josue and the team!

Great service and good food. You can choose healthy (or not). I liked the brochette and the Greek salad, not very Greek but very good.

best quesadillas and nachos!

We ate here daily at the pool and loved everything from the burgers to the quesadillas! Ramon took wonderful care of us.

We love La Parrilla for its convenience and good food. The waiters work hard to serve meals to the visitors at the restaurant, pool side and beach

Best Fish tacos, guacamole and service!

We stayed at La Estancia and had lunch from La Parrilla every day. It was fantastic! The fish tacos were the best my husband has ever had. Everything else was also excellent! Service was amazing. Ricardo and Josue took great care of us whether we were sitting in the restaurant or out by the pool. We highly recommend La Parrilla Grill!

A WONDERFUL VACATION !!!

The restaurants were fantastic. Service was always prompt and efficient. We appreciated the service of all the staff, cooks, barmen and waiters. The staff of La Parrilla Bar and Restaurant provided exceptional poolside service. Ricardo was our main waiter and we couldn’t help but notice his outstanding speed while multitasking and handling large numbers of orders … fast like “Speedy Gonzales” and always with a smile. Reynaldo brought us great, professional, always prompt service and a spirit of strong support. We loved seeing and chatting again this year with Ramon ! Thx to Alfonso, Raul, Lucio and Lupita. We truly appreciate all of you guys !

Awesome chicken nacho’s, chips and salsa and steak taco’s

We enjoyed sitting and swimming in the pool while enjoying, nacho's, chips, etc. Service was a little slow but it was well worth the wait as they were very busy!

Fish tacos are a must!

The food at La Parilla Grill was great. The fish tacos were my favorite and I ate them three of the six days. I also had the chicken quesadilla, Cuban sandwich, and the burger. I didn’t care for the burger as much but everything else was excellent.
