Great Seafood!
I love everything about this place! I used to come as a child with my dad and it brings so many memories. We ordered the Jaibita Clamato, wow! I loved the octopus tacos, aguachile de callo de hacha, the fish soup any shrimp cocktail you order you’ll like. I cannot wait to come back!

Delicious seafood, great service
I read a former dinner, and she was correct, the seafood soup is outstanding. Then I asked for the freshest fish, and it was perfect, not overcooked. Prices are great. This is a Friday night and only 4 tables were taken at 8 pm. It is by Alameda Park, an easy Metro ride of 10-15 minutes from downtown. Service was outstanding.

This restaurant is a hidden treasure in downtown Monterrey. The food is great, is very fresh and clean, unlike many other seafood restaurants. The Caldo de Pescado, and Tacos Gober are a must. Plus they have a free salad bar where you can grab anything you want. If you are a seafood lover, La Jaibita outperforms its counterparts and at a great price! 100% recommended!
