So good to be back at Incanto with Tracy Parks and his staff. Bingo, the entertainment, drinks and food were a roaring success. The folkloric dancers performed at well as super stars Kevin Anthony, Lauren Jade and Joi all whom have shows at Act 11. Finally we have all come home!

3 Tenors are great!

We saw the 3 Tenors last night and is was wonderful! So talented. They sing a nice variety of songs and are truly charming. There were only 5 of us in the audience but they performed like it was a packed house. Treat yourself and see these amazing men. You will be very happy that you did!

Great Piano Bar + Alison Lo’s Show

We came here to see Alison Lo’s Show. She was fantastic. Her song selections were spot on. The piano bar is very cozy and comfortable. The drinks and food were great too. I will be coming back again in the future!

Very Disappointing Brunch

As a full-time Vallarta resident I was looking forward to a nice riverside brunch at one of my favorite places. My mimosa was totally flat! Asked for another. Got a glass of dead formerly sparking wine with oj on the side. Saw all of 3 bubbles in the entire glass! I suggested the bottle had perhaps gone flat. Oh no! Not possible! Right, because sparkling wine or champagne isn’t supposed to be bubbly!!! How silly of me. Yuck!! 1st world problem I suppose but I do love those bubbles. Too bad but this flat dead concoction sitting before me won’t be my beverage today!!!!!! Continued downhill from there. Eggs Benedict yolks hard as rocks! Not that the waiter ever once came over to ask how everything was! The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Figuratively AND literally!!!!

The menu need to remove Jorge Hoil’s name as the chef and the claim that these are his eggs Benedict! Jorge works as a chef in Mexico City and has for quite a while now.

Best Weekend Brunch

While Incanto is probably more well known for its crooners and comedians in the Piano Bar, musical performances in the theatre (on hiatus during Covid), the hilarious Aunt Pearl bingo game on Saturdays and open mike night, Incanto recently added a weekend brunch, 11-1 PM Friday-Sunday. This brunch is not to be missed, owing to the superb musical entertainment provided. Caleb and Jair Cabrera Ceballos, brothers, the lead guitarists in the band Luna Media, sometimes with a lovely violinist, are mesmerizing. Virtuoso Spanish guitar, flamenco, and Latin music, it is hard to take one’s eyes off the fingering. The three are accomplished musicians. The menu offers breakfast or lunch dishes that do not disappoint. The coffee is noteworthy, as are the mimosas and margaritas and a full bar of other beverages. The wait staff cannot do enough for you. The food is delish. I alternate between eggs benedict, and 3 eggs with meat, as you like it. Friends have had burgers, pancakes, salads, sandwiches, always finishing happy and satisfied. Incanto is located on Insurgentes, at Rio Cuale. One sits on the patio alongside the refreshing, clear river. I’ve seen iguanas, herons, terns, humming birds and other wildlife. But what really steals the show is the music.

An evening on the town

Had the honor of spending time at the piano bar. Food and drinks excellent. Entertainment amazing. Service terrific. Followed that with a show downstairs....such a delightful, safe time. Thanks so much

AMAZINGLY talented performers in a multi-level complex serving great food as well

Wife and I saw 2 live shows here: Three Tenors PV (a MUST-SEE!!!) and Elvis Christmas. WOW. We were blown away by the quality of the performers and the food (get the Tequila shrimp plate). Tickets were only $20 U.S. each (a STEAL), and the food was $10 each. Good drinks as well. The indoor theater has been refitted for very safe social distancing, and the ventilation system is strong. There is also a very romantic patio right on the Cuale River, and a neat piano bar with open air patio upstairs for live music. Waiters were awesome as well. VERY highly recommended.

The Three Tenors Vallarta - MUST SEE

Went to my first show at Incanto for the 2020/2021 season and saw The Three Tenors Vallarta.
I was blown away by the amazing talent of these three young men. Their voices were a gift to my ears, and their appearance was definitely easy on my eyes.
Their set included ballads in English, Spanish and Italian. Some of your favorites, and they’ll introduce you to some songs you have never heard.
If you are in Vallarta, this show is worth its weight in pesos.
Service in the theater was not only very efficient, but respectful of the show. Never had a server standing in front of me, but also never had an empty glass.
Incanto is taking all the precautions they can by reducing capacity in the theater to only 25% and parties are evenly spaced. They also said they installed Heppa filters for the air system. Over all I felt very safe.
