Staff going the extra mile to help

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful with every interaction that I had with them during our 5 day stay. Christian, in particular, was superior. He went out of his way to assist me in getting the results from the laboratory for our COVID test when I did not receive them through the expected channels. As a business owner, I look to hire staff who have this kind and helpful attitude. In addition, when I am traveling and encounter a glich, I greatly appreciate staff, like Christian. Thank you again for your caring and going the extra mile to help.

Family trip

Visiting family and friends. We had an amazing time. We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Even though there were some restrictions and we could not use the gym we were able to use the pool and the rest of the facility. We would invite more family to enjoy La Paz and stay at the Hyatt
