Hotel Hacienda La Venta

Service, cleanest hotel ever, with convenience of a restaurant and bar to inside ir near by of great Quality, people really goes the extra mile to serve, the place is breautiful, a gem in the middle of Mexico

Not sure if this is an authentic old Hacienda or a recent hotel that was build as one, but it is beautiful and very well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and nice. The most remarkable area is the gardens and the pool area. Food was good but service a little bit slow. I will come again for sure!

We have stayed here in December for the third year. I love how clean and immaculate they keep the grounds. The grounds are beautiful, it’s worth taking a walk in to see the grounds. The staff is very professional. The restaurant staff is very prompt and helpful, we have never had a bad meal here. Will continue to stay here when in San Juan.

Arrived for our 3 day stay very nice entrance we did arrive with a car guarded security front entrance to hotel before your drive in. Parking is limited so if you don’t need a vehicle don’t bring one. Front desk people need a bit of hospitality training did not feel welcome like our last stay in san miguel what a difference. I do give credit to the person who took care of our luggage,very attentive. We did change rooms we were 4 .room was listed for 4 but second bed was much smaller really made for 1 person.Front desk was very helpful we were able to find 2 rooms back to back just the space we needed but they did want to charge us twice as much but we were able to negotiate a better rate. Room 301 and 302 beds were very comfortable one thing lacking only 1 roll toilet paper no back up and only 1 towel even knowing there were 2 persons in other room for all days we stayed very clean rooms. Just little things which makes a stay a return stay. We were there on New Year’s eve they had a huge party no problem till 3 am when the staff thought it was ok to break down the party and move tables through the gate by our room which woke up the beast in my wife and she did go out and mention that we and other guests were sleeping. They did redirect their path sorry guys i know you needed to get this done. Over all it was a good stay and will give a 5 star with little changes it will make this a pecfect place to cost every time. All and the Resurant staff were perfect very attentive what a difference from day and night maybe the front desk staff can get their training in house from the restaurant staff. Food was great service top notch will stay again but will check reviews first to see if changes have been made. Thanks to all who made our stay comfortable. The Cruz Family …
