Hotel Arizona Centro Historico

If you’re visiting Mexico City with a tourist attitude and expect luxury and hotel staff fulfilling your all demands, stop reading, this hotel is not for you and I recommend you to look for another place. On the other hand, if you my friend are a traveler and want to experience the city as it is, with the local "chilango" folklore, this is an amazing place that I fully recommend. First, the staff is kind as long as you are too, it’s a rule. They treated me wonderfully but I did see how they got hard with a lady who was demanding to stay more days than planned in the same room, one that had already been booked by someone else, they offered an alternative, but of course if you’re a tourist you won’t understand how occupancy works and that you cannot expect them to meet that kind of demand. Location, location, location! Right at the corner of the street is the metrobus, 2 blocks away is the one that gets you straight to the airport. Walk outside the hotel doors and there are more than 10 food options within just one block, cheap options. Bars, restaurats, everything for different styles within walking distance. Major plus, it may not seem like it but the area is very safe even at night, anyway always have caution. The rooms are comfortable, just make sure that when you're showering hang a towel at the window that faces the hall as it is kinda see through, funny experience, hehe.
