Holos Spa

Ruby and her team are fantastic! Not far from the main strip this place is worth the trip. They really care about your well being and it shows. Don’t pay outrageous prices in the touristy areas and go and visit Ruby. Plus there are a few local eateries in the area as well.

We found this place on the recommendation of a salon manager and it was the best suggestion I’ve had in a long time! My 1 hr turned into a 2hr and Araceli knew exactly where my problem areas were and worked her magic. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I was recommended with Rubi by a friend of mine and what a great rec that was! I went to Holos Spa with my gf after a long day diving in Cozumel. It was late (close to closing time-around 8) but they received us still, even when they would finish way after 8. When we arrived they were still finishing with another client so I asked rubí if there was any quick-snack store around since we were starving. She said none close and only restaurants that would take too long. She went behind doors only to come back with a delicious hot cup of protein shake to ‘kill the hunger for a bit’. That was so kind. My partner got Rubi and I Aracely. Both were really amazing. I have been for many massages in my life and I would definitely recommend the girls at Holos Spa. And cheap!

I can keep it a secret no longer, if you are visiting Playa Del Carmen for a day, a week or longer, even if you live here you might not know of this jewel in your crown, even if you don’t think you need a massage then you should still contact Holos Spa on 26th Calle and 30 Ave, both therapists Ruby and Jorge are more than a masseuse, they keep up to date with their knowledge and practices, continually evolving, combining ancient and modern techniques to give your body an A class MOT/Service that Rolls Royce would be proud of, renewal of your body, mind and soul are things you rarely even get with a fabulous massage, in all my years and all my treatments all over the world I class them as being up there with my top 3, them being number 1, I have been visiting for over 2 years now insisting on several treatments a week each friend I have introduced has in turn gone back independently for further treatments. Time is not of the essence, you never feel rushed, they bend over backwards to fit in with even the tightest schedule.
Playa Del Carmen is a fun place whatever you decide to do there but by not experiencing Holos during your visit you are seriously doing yourself a disservice.

I absolutely love this spa! I am a retired hairdresser of 32 years and have shoulder, neck and back issues. Jorge is very knowledgeable about the body and he found all my pain and relieved it. I had two therapy massages in one week and feel sooo much better. They also sell essential oils and have a great variety of services. The spa is in a wonderful neighborhood and off the tourist path. I highly recommend!!

This place was recommended to me, and I’m very glad I sought it out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jorge gave me a great deep tissue massage. And the rates are very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
