Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Resort. So much to take in. My trip was equal parts fun and relaxation. The food was fantastic most especially the steaks at Toro and the new design of the space was so beautiful, I appreciated the adult only dining area as a childless traveler. the beach was beautiful and all of the service resort wide was attentive and constant. I thoroughly enjoyed, my rock star experience with the entertainment department. Shout out of appreciation to Backer and his team for inviting me into so many fun and new experiences. Danny Boy, Baby Shark, The Samurai & April were hilarious, entertaining and very motivating. The honest highlight of my trip was the Music Lab activities. Leo Raquel and Ever for turning me into a rock star. Somehow they helped me overcome my shyness and coaches me into a space to allow me to be living the dream for my 45 minutes of fame! …

I will have to say this is a pretty solid all-inclusive resort. I was really impressed with the entire staff and their top-notch customer service. They seemed like they actually care, which has sadly declined in the states. Everyone from the landscapers, wait staff, front desk were all very warm and caring. They do a good job despite dealing with some demanding American tourists... i mean, last I checked the national language in Mexico is Spanish, not English. At least have a little patience and understanding. In the states, foreign tourists make an attempt to speak English. Belittling someone in English outside of the U.S is a bit low-class and makes the rest of us look bad. From the restaurants, rock spa, pool areas, and beach, what an amazing experience. Even getting a covid test the day before leaving was seamless. Nice of them to provide coffee and water at the convention/test center. I will have to say again the staff does make the difference separating themselves from the other resorts nearby. Hopefully, I can return again, thanks! …
