The hotel is beautiful in every sense. What is most remarkable and outstanding is the staff. They are the most helpful, friendly and resourceful people that a hotel can have. If you’re considering staying at Grand Hotel Boutique, consider no more! Stay and you won’t regret it! The hotel itself is beautiful, the food delicious, and the whole staff there was wonderful! From the hotel manager Tere, to the front desk help Raziel, Clara, Fanny, the cafe wait staff Alejandra and Martin and also housekeeping Marie and Adriana! I didn’t get the names of the overnight staff. But they were great as well! They were all very professional, welcoming, attentive and extremely helpful with any request I had. I definitely recommend staying there!

I recently had a wedding in Jalisco, Mexico and the closest town was Tetapitlan de Morelos a little beautiful place in the region called "Altos de Jalisco" where I had never been. There were not many good options to stay until i found Grand Hotel Boutique Tepatitlan and I got obsessed with the place and I decided there was no other choice for me, I had to get to know that hotel that instantly sent my mind to Europe. Even if Tepatitlan its located in the middle of Jalisco where the Mariachi and Tequila were born, this hotel has the ability to take you to Asia, Paris, Spain and more depending on the room you choose. Details are exquisite and very well thought, the service is so warm that its real easy to feel like home. Whatever you need, the staff will make it happen. The breakfast that is included has the best mexican ingredients to complete the mix between mexico and the world. I needed hair&make for the wedding and they sent me a great artist that made my style very chic,I also needed transportation and they contacted a very professional driver that made me feel safe. The hotel everything you could asked for. I definitely want to go back to Grand Hotel Boutique Tepatitlan and visit places where the Tequila is made, and other close places I wasnt able to go. Even if you are mexican tourist or you com from outside this is your place to go. LOVED IT!!!! …

Great location. This hotel is very clean and staff is friendly and awesome. They go above and beyond for your needs. They breakfast was good, spa service was awesome. Hotel is walking distance to town, restaurants, church and to the Mercado! Great place to stay!!
