Great food and service

Such nice guys, wonderful service from Marco’s and Armando- and a Lesson en Espanol :) wonderful treatment and food recommendations at Frida. Their dessert is amazing! We had a wonderful time and they even had Mac n cheese for our five year old.

Amazing food... impeccable service

I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. The whole experience since you enter until you leave is just something you won’t have in many places. The food was really delicious but what truly left us a WOW was the service there. Thanks to Nicolas and Diego who made this happen. If you want real Mexican delicious food and a superb service... do not miss Frida. They also have local Live Music playing very soft to indulge you into the Mexican culture.

Another great restaurant at Grand Velas

Wow, we had a wonderful evening at Frida. The service and food were amazing. The wine selection is great and then there’s dessert. It’s the perfect finish to a great evening.

out of this world

We were the most impressed with the Frida’s restaurant. The food was 7 stars. Art and taste combination was out of this world. Antonio and Victor- our waiters made us feel like the most important guests. And we kept on ordering almost everything off the menu---unforgettable culinary experience! With two chefs in the family and raising five children food was always important, but here it had a different dimension, almost another sensory perception. i never liked Mexican food. Well, until I tried almost every creation at Frida’s. Each and every meal was mouth watering. It was Louvre on the plate!

The service was utterly amazing and we are still talking about the food since we got home. The chef is so committed to the tradition of Mexico and apparently I love my food that way! Yom yom!

Delicious dining at Frieda

Our second night at Grand Velas has us dining at Frieda. The extent of the menu was amazing. This is Mexican cuisine with a culinary twist. All the flavors accented each other. I think each one of us ordered something different (6 in our party) and we shared tastes of each dish. The ambience of the restaurant was highlighted by perfect service and a woman who entertained us musically, but not so that it interrupted conversation. The highlight of this dinner was when the waiters brought out one of each dessert for us to try.
