Excellent experience.

We stayed 5 days. Excellent service from front desk check in, room keys, amenity explanation, COVID measures. Excellent service from breakfast service every day. Maid service was very accommodating. Front desk also helped with local restaurants and parking validation for visitors and Uber.Room was in excellent condition. No problems to adjust to. We had a suite with 2 desk areas. Lots of drawers, hooks to hang items and a good closet. Couch had fold out bed, which we did not use. Because of COVID some items were not in room, like coffee and hair dryer ... but front desk and maid service were quick to explain and provide. A great experience. Location was central to what we needed, very convenient. Best restaurant was Sierra madre next door to hotel. Next best was Botanero Maritas. No restaurant in hotel. Pool was closed because of COVID. …

Great for me

I chose this hotel while processing my visa in Monterrey and found it very convenient due to its proximity to the mall, the embassy and downtown (and hospital if you had an emergency). Traffic could be bad going back to the hotel ONLY if your driver doesn’t know the right way, which is to go straight instead of turning right at that junction (ave san jeronimo i think). 1 out of 5 ubers we rode turned right...and it was a loong wait indeed. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds soft, the internet fast and we had a safe and ref inside the room. The breakfast had good variety - and the omelette was superb. Patricia in the front desk was very helpful, and even provided help when I forgot something after I’ve already checked out. The area was very safe, and we walked freely even during the night. I didn't get a chance to go to the gym nor the pool. Overall a relaxing stay. …

Great experience! Staff very professional and friendly

The hotel is really nice, gated so very secure, rooms are clean and renovated. We had a great experience, specially with Rafael, Paty (front desk) and David (hotel’s driver). They are very helpful and friendly, they help us with a late check out, they storage our luggage while we were out since our flight was at 9pm. They offered a complimentary Van that takes you wherever you want in a radius of 3.1 miles. Overall we had a great experience.
