With 2 levels, 4 bedrooms and enough capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, this is the ultimate vacation retreat you are seeking. Amazing!!

At just 10 minutes walking distance from the fifth avenue, you can find a small paradise. I really enjoy the swimming pool and the garden. I loved eat outside during the night... the staff were helpful, and the breakfast so yummy!! I will come back soon..

Great food

We ate here twice. It’s located on property ocean maya royal, on the beach. Great food. Was giving a special pizza the last night as a sample. It was wonderful Italian food. Restaurant has open air,which is wonderful because of the humidity.

A Suite at a Great Price right in the heart of the action

The lady who met us there was friendly and helpful. GPS gets you there but it’s a bit hidden from view from the street. Ours was a suite and had a balcony overlooking the busy walking zone. The room/ suite included a microwave and refrigerator and was clean and comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to work. It’s a bit noisy due to the late night action on the street.

Great Deal & Overall experience.

The location is in a private community & within walking distance of Quinta Ave. (2 miles) Gaia was very helpful & answered questions and assisted in a fairly quick manner. Only drawback is you have to download "whatsapp" and text via that. I highly recommend scheduling your airport transfers thru Gaia it will save you money. It was great having a pool to relax in after a long day sight seeing. The rooms were cleaned daily-fresh towels every 3rd day. The breakfast is $5 and is a continental style. Allso, I found a gem of a restaurant only an 1/8 of a mile a french bistro called LaBrioche. Great prices and divine food for under $8. I highly recommend this B &B.
