15 Day work trip - Clean & Comfortable

Stayed here for 15 days on a work visit, very clean rooms and great room service too. Was a perfect visit, the mall next door helps with multiple food/shopping options too. Also, the graceful view from the room of the city surrounded by the mountains is an absolute plus Special shout-out to Katherine Pomar and Sergio who went out of their way to ensure this was a comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant Service..

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks, I had a fantastic experience, an excellent hotel and restaurant service. The meal was excellent.. I just have to thank the employees who served me in a fantastic way, making me feel not like a guest but a friend (Sergio, Aurora, Javier, Angel, Thomas, Rodolfo...(I apologize if I forgot someone))..

Great restaurant

I was passing by through Mexico and I had to stay in this hotel for 2 weeks, the service is amazing specially the attendant Aurora Angel and the restaurant chef is pretty good as well, the rooms are really great and the view from my room was stunning.

Great stay

The entire experience was amazing. We had breakfast every day for 4 days and was not disappointed. Entire staff was great starting with server Javier, Aurora, Rodolfo, Sergio, Gabnal, Henry, Tomas, memo, and to the amazing chef Angel. Would really recommend hotel and breakfast

Best family trip

Experience was amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Had breakfast every day and wasn’t disappointed. Javier our server was really good and helpful. He knew already what we wanted and how much we wanted to eat. Chef Angel came out to make sure we where satisfied with our food, and offered to make something if we didn’t like it. But I had best Chilaquiles verdes EVER
