Absolutely amazing place!!

Absolutely amazing place!! We had a wonderful wood fired bbq steak and a burger which were the best. Awesome and attentive staff as well, the atmosphere is so relaxed, great music... what else would one need? I would eat here again for sure. 5 stars!

SO DAMN GOOD! The menu is short and sweet. The staff is exceptional! Highly recommend the BBQ Pork starter and their veggie starter. Please send me these recipes!! Proteins were of excellent quality and cooked perfectly. We went three times in a week!

Back street jam

This restaurant is hidden away on a back street but it is worth looking for. The prices are reasonable, the service and food are fantastic and it is in a really quiet area. There isn’t a huge selection on the menu and it isn’t fancy but it’s the best food we’ve had in Mazunte so far.

Exceptional slow food in Mazunte!

Everything we ate was great! The chef is amazing that cooks creatively with so many unique flavours and changes the menu daily depending what’s available at the local food markets. The entire staff is super friendly and make you feel like you’ve joined their food festivity with great music palylists. If you’re in Mazunte you need to eat here!

The place is beautifully decorated but low-key. The food is very tasty, well presented and super cheap! Sweet service.

Best food in Mazunte and my travels

Just a brilliant unknown place!! It is a rustic setting, the staff are so friendly and really genuine. They will spend the time to chat and enjoy the night! Drink menu is great, cheap beers and the cocktails are really well done. They also have wine options that are delicious and the cheapest we found. As for the food, we went there twice and it got better and better. The menu changes each day so drop in and check, but they seem to always have an option for pork, fish(generally tuna) and beef plus a variety of starters which are vegetarian too. Just an amazing place to spend the night! They are only open for dinner and close a couple days a week so chat to them and don’t miss it.

Where to begin! The service is attentive and friendly, coffee in the morning is one of the best options in town, the ambience and music were always exactly suited to the mood of the day, BUT most of all the food! Ben (Chef/owner) is very humble considering the quality of the cuisine. We ate here multiple time during our stay for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The highlights were the tapas and chili rosemary chicken skewers with grilled vegetables. The menu is small and varies on a daily basis, exactly what we love as time is taken to ensure freshness and quality above having too many options. From speaking to the staff they’re new, only a couple of months. I’d get there and enjoy it while it’s quiet because as soon as word gets out, this will be one of the busier restaurant/bars in mazunte! Thanks for a great experience guys
