A lot of wasted time, tour guides were good
The tour guides Victor and Adrian were great. But the rest of the trip was unpredictable and a lot of valuable time wasted. We booked this trip through a representative at the hotel where we were staying, The Mayan Palace. The booking rep didn’t bother to tell us that we would be bussed to Playa Del Carmen to then get off the bus, walk several blocks to the business "HQ’s", which was actually a pharmacy, where we stood in long lines to pay our $20 "tax" and get our trip bracelets. The whole thing took an hour and a half. We then loaded on to ANOTHER bus and headed towards Chichen Itza. We were allowed 90 minutes at the ruins. Then the cenote was so packed and so unorganized. We got about 10 minutes in the water. The visit to the village at the end of the trip was 30 minutes. Save yourself a lot of waiting around and then rush, rush, rush, and pick a tour that doesn’t do the silly bus change in PDC. Also, the company needs to pay its tour guides an actual salary. If they truly are only getting paid from tips, that’s unacceptable.

AMAZING TOUR.
In a few words..PERFECT EXPERIENCE. The whole tour from the very beginning was super organized. The crew: Juan, Ernan and Alfredo took care of the whole group in every single stop. The best guided tour that me and my wife have had. Ernan the Driver was super attentive and caring. I do really think that Juan is, if not the best, one the best guides that I have ever had. I was really surprised how smart, funny , polite and wise Juan is. We are thinking in coming back near soon to Chichen Itza and 100% we want Juan, Ernan And Alfredo again.!!!..Thank Guys. Truely : Thanks.
