Not far from port.

We walked a few blocks from the port to find this place. We were looking for something not as full of tourists and more authentic. I think we were the only Americans eating there at the time. We sat outside and ate and the waitress was kind and helpful. The food was authentic and good. They also had WiFi and the password was posted inside by the cash register. The bathroom was interesting, when you walk in you have to pay for toilet paper. It was only like a dollar or something. Just a little odd. The price was very reasonable it only ended up being like $22.00 for our meal for 4. After we left we found shopping near and it was an easy walk back to the ship. There were a couple of other restaurants near here as well.
