Chaac Spa

Since this place was so close to our resort, we made appointments with a man at their front deck on Wed for (2) 90 min massages on Friday afternoon. When we got there the woman at the desk had no idea what we’re talking about even after I opened her book to show her that our appointment was listed. She didn’t speak English at all so we sat in the lobby until she found someone who could speak to us. We were shown to a room to lay on the table and we waited for 15 min. I put the sheet around me and walked around looking for anyone and I found both gals sitting there. I asked them in my broken Spanish if we should leave or start now they said we would start now. My husband liked his relaxing massage so that was good. My therapeutic massage was not good - she didn’t pay attention to my tight muscles that needed work but instead just rubbed me down all the same. She wasn’t in tune to the massage or my body at all. I got this same massage for half the price in old town. So for this I’m not recommending this place since there are massages places all over PV that charge less and massage the same or better. We paid $55 USD for 90 min relaxing and $63 USD for therapeutic.

This is a great place to visit and relax.
The whole place is very modern and the decore is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and they offer a large range of spa’s, massages and if you like... nail treatments.

try the couples massage.. The facial spa was okay! The only problem is that the staff cannot speak in English, which was inconvenient.
