Walking distance to Malecon!

This is one of our favorite Mexican resorts as it is an easy walk to the Malecon and Old Town for wonderful restaurants and strolls. The staff is friendly and work hard to make sure we are enjoying our vacation. A special call out to Maria Ibal, our wonderful and welcoming housekeeper who goes beyond her duties to be sure our unit is perfect. I would also like to thank Hector Ruiz and his assistant from Maintenance who quickly took care of a water problem from an adjoining unit. We look forward to returning here next year!

We have been coming here for 37 years!

Wonderful location within 15 min. walk to the Malecon. Units are large and updated with friendly staff. We have to specifically acknowledge MARIA, our daily housekeeper who is wonderfully personable and attentive! My only "negative" is that they recently introduced an "all-inclusive option" for the timeshare portion of this large resort which has led to louder more boisterous groups around the pool and bar.

Exceptional Property & Staff

Our recent visit at the Sheraton Buganvilias was made more enjoyable from the excellent staff and beautiful grounds. Vicky Cruz went above and beyond to welcome us and share her gardening expertise! Her attention to detail in her grounds work and welcoming spirit made our visit like coming home to an old friend!
