Best Seafood Sopes ever!

We ate there our last night in town and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The seafood Sopes were out of this world. Great views of the Sea of Cortez! Couldn’t ask for much more. Maybe a cold Tecate.... They have that too.

Best Breakfast

The Blue Anchor is located just north of the marina and has one of the best views of the islands. Stop by for breakfast and order the shrimp omelette and you will want to return again and again. Simply the best. Ernesto is your host and will make you feel at home.

Worth the walk, worth the wait

This 2nd story small restaurant is located on the north end of the Malecon just north of the marina. My wife and I had dinner on a Thursday night and outside of one other couple we had the run of the place. Was this a bad omen?? Fortunately my beef fajitas and my wife’s shrimp were worth the wait: We even had left overs for the next day’s lunch. We discovered that having an early dinner or real late lunch at these sea side eateries allows one to enjoy the ocean views: things seem to get dark very quicklly .

Best new place in Loreto.

At the north end of malecon, upstairs dining catches the breeze. Excellent fish. Shrimp "burger" off menu is the star. Surprisingly good wine for Baja.

Fantastic views of Loreto beach , marina and islands.

Everything we ate was outstanding, reasonable prices, friendly service from our waiter Alexis. But the views from the upstairs palapa was amazing.

Beautiful location and service

We came here twice for drinks in the afternoons. The view of the beach and marina is lovely and the service was attentive and friendly.

Excellent food, service, view, drinks...what else?

We went for a dinner "hook and cook" . I had had an excellent fishing trip with Blue Anchor Sport Fishing (the same owner). The food was superb trying breaded and fine herbs fish (yellow tale jurel) and shrimp, mushrooms and guacamole.The drinks were great and view very nice from the second floor; you can see a great scenery with the island and Mar de Cortez and the people wandering along the Maelcon. The place is little but cozy. We strongly recommend!
