Less expensive but unreliable

They are less expensive compared to other transportation options but very unreliable. Used their services twice for round-trip transportation from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen and both times they were late to pick us up from the hotel for our return flight. Last time the driver was almost an hour late. I’ll never use this company again.

Great experience

This is the second time I’ve used this company and experience was great. On time, professional and courteous . Getting a hold of them can be challenging but email works great and I always have a response within minutes ! Will definitely be using them again .

Transfers - Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen

The service this company provides is excellent. Although we book travel packages that include transfers with tour company, we choose to book our transfers with Best Transfers. Service is excellent, on time, easy to find representative and on time at resort to bring us back (although we don’t want to go home). Highly recommend and have booked them again for an upcoming trip.

Very dependable, great experience

We booked BT for a round trip from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen. I made the reservation 24 hours before the flight and they were there waiting. Professional and reliable. Adjusted to our request on the return trip regarding pick up time. Great experience, reasonably priced, and would use again. Thanks, BT!
