Amazing!!!!
We ate here tonight.They exceeded our expectations.Best tacos in Bacalar by far.We ordered the tempura shrimp tacos, had 2 for 1 drinks and rec'd a free dessert. The atmosphere was enchanting with the lights and candles.HIGHLY reccomend this place.Memorable experience!!!!!!

Great tacos. Amazing pico de gallo. Friendly service. The steak tacos were our favourite and it’s got a 2 for 1 happy hour for mojitos and margaritas.

Very tasty mexican cuisine in a stylish restaurant
Amazing place. Creative and well designed food which looked awesome. The staff was friendly althugh a little bit slow since we had to wait quite some time for the cheque or for drinks. Still 5* because of the nice overall experience.

Feel good eat a taco!
We had a nice very nice taco dinner. Enough options for vegetarians or meat lovers. Anyway you will be greeted and served with a smile. Great ambiance and repurposed materials which is allways good to see! Thanks to the barbanegra team!

Some of the best tacos in Bacalar!
We have been here twice now and absolutely adore this place. Can taste that everything from chips & salsa to the drinks to the tacos and to the specials are made from scratch and with care. The drinks are garnished beautifully, spicy margarita is actually spicy!!! Really liked the fish special and al pastor tacos. Shrimp aguachile was so flavorful, too. Really cool restaurant ambience at night with candles and red lighting.

Didn’t mean to end up here - glad we did!
The place we tried to eat at would only accept cash and, as we were out of pesos and the ATMs in town were all out of dinero (it was Sunday night), we found this place that accepted credit card. It was wonderful! Amazing food - absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was great. Staff were so very nice. You should definitely have this one on your list to try.

This food was so good, we came here 2 nights in a row. Had amazing pork tacos, queso fundido, and beef steak quesadilla one night and then Mexican bean soup, chili pepper tacos the next night. I’m picky about tacos and these were awesome. They also have delicious salsas to add spice if needed. They take credit card (with normal surcharge added) which was major plus. Thanks for delicious food!!! Highly recommend. Easy walk or drive in Bacalar.

Had a fabulous meal here - and best margaritas too! Tacos were made with homemade tortillas and to perfection! Margarita was handmade as well. Highly recommend dinner here! Thank you for a nice evening to the hard working staff here!
