Ashtangamor

We went to Asthtangamor in the morning for Ashtanga yoga practice and really enjoyed it! The level was not to hard neither to soft, everybody could just go in his or her own pace, the yoga teacher was very friendly and we had a great experience to animate and relax our bodies- Thank you again! :)

I visited for yoga at 6 pm but the place was closed and the pizza place below informed me that the class would be at 7 pm. So i returned at 7 pm and it ended up being a dance class which was also very fun, energetic, and really nice group of people who were friends and very welcoming. Very nice studio on the 2nd floor with beautiful natural breeze and view. The following morning they had two yoga classes at 7 am and 9 am that I couldn’t attend. The yoga instructor is very nice so just ask her any questions you may have. I think her classes are 200 pesos, the dance class was 100. Look fwd to trying yoga with them on my next visit to the beautiful pueblo of Bacalar!
