When we were picked up at the airport, we were greeted as soon as we walked out the door. Great trip and conversation on the way to our resort. However, the return trip was a complete 180 because the same driver appeared to be in a bad mood and seemed irritated to give us a ride. For $165 ($82.50 each way), we could have Ubered for $20.
BBB rental car was great
BBB Rental car: Great AC Cabo was hotter and more humid than we thought so this is important. Car ran well, Service from Ruben and Sagi was great and all was as promised, (Note on Trip Advisor, Trip Advisor makes it difficult to review business that they dont steer you to, that they apparently dont have some sort of a "relationship" with. )
Don’t Use Them
We have a scheduled trip back to the airport tomorrow. We have been emailing, calling and trying to chat with them to confirm to no avail.
Not sure if they closed or what. Terrible and now we have to pay for a taxi after we already paid for our transportation.
I called 1 last time before we hired a taxi. Got through and the ride was on its way. They stated they had server issue.
Still overall not a great experience.
Great ride
Will definitely use them again. Both drivers spoke excellent English so it’s nice to be able to have a conversation. Our return driver told us alot about where to stay if we came back for a month which was really helpful.

I was skeptical after some different reviews, but the service was as described and I cannot fault. 5 stars. Use this team. 50% cheaper than the resort offered.
