Hands down best experience!
I traveled on Norwegian Breakaway with my family (ages 8 to 65) in August. We decided last minute to book a shore excursion and a friend of mine recommended Next Experience. We booked our Bacalar Boat Tour and Grill just a few hours before the start but they confirmed our reservation right away and made sure we could attend the tour. The check in location was just a short walk away from the Costa Maya port. Now let me tell you upfront: This tour was worth every penny! It’s a small group tour so we almost had the whole boat just to ourselves. The ride was smooth, and the scenery was just jaw-dropping. We went to a lesser crowded beach where we had a surprisingly good lunch. The captain spoke fluent English and had tons of stories to tell... We all agreed that this tour was one of the highlights of our cruise. We highly recommend this tour and the company.

Amazing experience!
Just got back from our yearly cruise vacation with Norwegian, we had a stop at Costa Maya so we decided to visit the Bacalar lagoon as we had heard great things about it, needles to say, it exceded our expectations! From beginning to end everything was great, the transport was on time and very comfortable, the lagoon was beautiful with crystal clear waters, topped up by the amazing food we had cooked for us! The crew were also great, very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this for anyone travelling over there!
